1. General Information

1.1. This Privacy Policy defines the principles for processing the personal data of users of the TapNote application (hereinafter: "Application"), whose data administrator is AppMagic sp. z o.o., headquartered in Poland (hereinafter: "Administrator").

1.2. User data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

2. What Data Do We Process?

2.1. To use the Application, we process the following personal data:

• Name and surname,
• Email address,
• Technical data related to the account (e.g., Google or Apple account ID).

2.2. The Administrator does not collect or process special categories of personal data (e.g., sensitive data).

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing

3.1. Users' personal data is processed for the purpose of:

• Enabling registration and login to the Application,
• Providing Application functionalities (e.g., transcription of audio files),
• Fulfilling the subscription agreement with the User.

3.2. Data processing is based on:

• Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract,
• Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Administrator (e.g., technical support).

4. Where Do We Store Data?

4.1. Personal data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, located within the European Economic Area (EEA).
